"I began playing with watercolor two years ago as a way to take notes on the go. Walking past Warren’s one afternoon I parked myself on the guard rail and started this piece. Who does’t look at that wacky sign and smile? The pattern of clouds and blue sky and the shadows and silhouettes were a lot of fun to capture. Its a whimsical piece of a local icon, what can I say?"
